Wojciech J. Kowalski

He specializes in advising on business and corporate matters. He provides services to entrepreneurs in industries such as commerce, construction, transportation, new technologies, and IT. He assists clients in their day-to-day business activities, advises in the negotiation process, drafts and reviews commercial contracts, conducts legal audits, and provides advice on matters related to real estate and commercial companies. He has experience in procurement procedures and the implementation of investments in public-private partnership models. He is a co-author of publications on personal data protection.

He has been associated with the Law Firm of Legal Counsels and Attorneys Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2014.

He is a graduate of law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He has been a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk since 2019 and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk since 2023. He has been practicing as a legal counsel since April 2023.

He is fluent in English and has extensive experience in serving clients in that language.
