Habilitated Doctor of Legal Sciences, specializing in economic insurance law. He is an expert in compensation and insurance law, where he has combined academic work with practical experience for many years.
He has been cooperating with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2010.
He is a former professor at the University of Rzeszów, and for many years was associated with the University of Gdańsk. He currently serves as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the quarterly journal Insurance News.
He is the author of over one hundred scholarly works, including co-authoring textbooks on economic insurance law, as well as numerous expert reports and legal opinions.
He gained experience in economic insurance by serving as president and vice president of several insurance companies, through active brokerage activities, and at an insurance consultancy office.
He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.
He is fluent in English, and also communicates in German and Russian.
