Wiktoria Jasińska

She primarily handles cases in the fields of civil law, commercial law, and energy law. She has also gained experience in bankruptcy and restructuring law. So far, she has had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of criminal law by attending a master’s seminar in substantive and executive criminal law, as well as actively participating in numerous academic conferences.

She has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2022.

Previously, she worked in the legal department of one of the law firms in Bydgoszcz providing legal assistance to individual clients and entrepreneurs in various areas of law.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. During her studies, she was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students for her high GPA and academic achievements.

In 2023, she began her legal apprenticeship at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk.

She is fluent in English, as confirmed by her TELC English C1 Business certificate obtained in 2021.
