She specializes in contract law, energy law, corporate law, labor law, and family law. Her practice focuses on litigation and arbitration proceedings. She represents and advises corporate and individual Clients in civil and commercial proceedings. Additionally, she provides ongoing legal services to businesses and conducts legal audits of companies. She has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2016.
Throughout her practice, Urszula has collaborated with enterprises in industries such as construction, energy, and agriculture.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She completed her legal apprenticeship with the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Warsaw, where she is currently a member.
She is proficient in English.
