Robert Nawara

He specializes in commercial law, in particular in the field of civil law, including court proceedings, contract law, transport law, and corporate law. He has extensive experience in disputes involving banks and insurance institutions. His many years of practical experience give him the competence to handle complex contracts and court proceedings. He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2011.

In 1998, he began full-time judicial training at the District Court in Gdańsk, and in 2001 he passed the judicial examination, obtaining the best position among trainees in the Gdańsk district. He gained further practical experience as a Judge of the Commercial Court – District Court in Gdynia. In 2003, he took up the position of Deputy Chairman of the Division, and from 2005, he held the position of Chairman of the Commercial Division of the District Court in Gdynia. He started his attorney practice in 2011.

He participated in many courses and trainings on national and EU regulations of company law, competition law, as well as bankruptcy and civil procedural law.

He gained theoretical preparation for legal practice by studying economic and legal aspects of business transactions at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of economic law.

Participation in specialized courses and trainings gives him the competence to provide legal assistance in English.
