Piotr Zieliński

Specializes in legal advice related to real estate transactions, the investment and construction process, including the handling of real estate development projects, public purpose investments carried out under public-private partnerships (including one of the largest projects for the redevelopment of historic city centers), as well as extensive transactional advice. His professional passion is infrastructure and energy investments, where he can work closely with engineers and designers, fluently speaking their language – map, technical drawing and schedule. He guides Clients through the entire process of developing real estate, including historic urban centers, from the purchase of the property to the commissioning and subsequent sale of the project. He represents Clients in relation to conservation authorities in the case of historic properties under various forms of protection, including the UNESCO World Heritage listing procedure. Supports Clients in real estate transactions. He conducts court proceedings in the field of civil law, as well as administrative and judicial-administrative cases, often obtaining precedent-setting settlements in favor of Clients.

He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2004.

As part of his practice, he works with companies in the construction, development, investment, energy, retail, and manufacturing industries, among others. A large part of his practice is servicing foreign investors, for whom he translates Polish realities into an understandable business environment for their investments.

He is co-author of the publication “Administrative Law. Handbook for Applicants” in the section on Construction Law and Planning and Spatial Development. He cooperates with the quarterly magazine “Pomeranian Engineer“.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, as well as from the School of American Law – conducted by the Chicago Kent College of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He served his legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, and is currently a member. He was entered on the list of attorneys in 2011.

He is interested in organizational psychology, values-based management, and minimalism. He practices yoga and bakes bread for himself and his loved ones.
