He specializes in providing legal services to business entities, including those in the medical sector. His professional interests are primarily focused on broadly understood real estate law, including spatial planning and investment implementation. He has participated in projects involving development and infrastructure ventures, real estate due diligence, construction contract management, and transactions. He assists Clients in administrative and administrative-court proceedings. As part of his collaboration with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners, he provides legal advisory services to an independent public healthcare institution in civil proceedings.
He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2016.
Doctor of Legal Sciences. He defended his doctoral thesis with distinction at the University of Wrocław, at the Department of Financial Law. He is the author of publications in the field of financial law and an academic lecturer.
He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the E. Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia. He completed his legal apprenticeship with the Pomeranian Bar Association, where he is now a member.
Additionally, he is a graduate of the Spatial Economy program at the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography at the University of Gdańsk.
He is fluent in English.
