Michał Szulepa

He specializes in criminal law and fiscal criminal law, with extensive experience gained during his work in the Prosecutor’s Office. He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2019.

For nearly 20 years, he worked at all organizational levels of the Prosecutor’s Office, starting from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw – Śródmieście, through the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, the Appellate Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, and the National Prosecutor’s Office. For 11 years, he served as a prosecutor in the structures combating organized crime and corruption, leading numerous high-profile investigations, including several media-covered cases.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, followed by prosecutor training, which concluded with the prosecutor’s examination. Since March 2019, he has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
