Michał Głuchowski

He specializes in contract law and commercial law. His practice focuses on court and arbitration proceedings. He represents and advises corporate and individual clients in civil and commercial proceedings, as well as in matters relating to real estate, company law, current business activities, corporate governance, implementation of investment processes, reorganization of ownership structures, asset disposal transactions and succession. He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2009. He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Business and Administration of the Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski in Gdynia. He also completed postgraduate studies in company law at the University of Warsaw. He is a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk.
