Mateusz Wyborski

He mainly deals with matters in the field of investment and real estate as well as public-private partnerships. He also advises maritime industry entities, in particular port terminal operators. He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2007.

As part of his professional practice, he has advised entrepreneurs on collective labour law and represented employers in court proceedings.

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and completed Postgraduate Studies in Capital Market at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also graduated from the School of American Law run by the University of Gdańsk and the Chicago Kent College of Law. He served his legal training at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. He was entered on the list of legal counsels in 2015.

He is fluent in English and also communicates in French.

In his private time, he dedicates himself to his family and pursuing his passion – long-distance cycling. He is a participant and finisher of ultramarathon cycling races.
