Luiza Kwaśnicka
Legal Counsel, Associate
Since 2019, she has been a legal counsel, having previously worked for over 10 years as a notary. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2000, she passed the entrance exam for both the legal counsel and notary apprenticeships. She specializes in real estate law, civil law concerning obligations, inheritance law, family law, including divorce and division of joint property, and asset security.
Additionally, she specializes in commercial law. She notarized the first European company in Poland. She provides advice on the processes of transformation, mergers, and divisions of companies, transactions involving the transfer of company shares, and the conversion of business activities into a company.
She advises on the establishment and operation of family businesses and provides guidance in the process of creating and managing family foundations. She is a co-author of the commentary on the Family Foundation Act.
She has been a long-time lecturer on commercial and civil law for notarial apprentices at the Notarial Chamber in Warsaw.
She conducts training for legal counsles at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Warsaw and the National Bar Association of Legal Counsels, as well as training for notaries.
She has participated in legislative committees on legal matters.
She is the author and co-author of publications in the field of law, including articles in “Rzeczpospolita,” particularly focusing on civil law, commercial law, and family foundations.
She completed training in “Mediation as an Alternative Method of Conflict Resolution.”
In her free time, she enjoys reading books, particularly biographies, traveling, playing table tennis, and running.
