Karolina Frontczak-Madej

Specializes in conducting court proceedings before common courts and arbitration courts. Deals with corporate consulting and related issues with privatization and restructuring, as well as matters related to mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and corporate governance. She has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2012.

She gained experience in Warsaw law firms, advising corporate and individual clients. During her practice, she provided comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, including a company renting commercial space and one of the mobile network operators (in particular in the field of providing electronic services).

A law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She also attended the School of French Law at the Jagiellonian University. She is a member of the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. She was entered on the list of legal counsels in 2012.

She is fluent in English.
