Kamila Bujak

Specializes in legal advice related to the investment and construction process, in servicing real estate development investments and public purpose investments carried out under public-private partnerships (including one of the largest projects for the redevelopment of historic city centers). Conducts audits of the real estate sector (including audits of environmental proceedings) and supports Clients in real estate transactions. She conducts civil law litigation, as well as administrative and judicial-administrative cases.

She has been working with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2012. As part of her practice, she works with companies, in particular in the construction, development, energy, commercial, and manufacturing sectors.

Co-author of the publication “Administrative Law. Handbook for trainees.”

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She served her legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, where she is currently a member. She was entered on the list of attorneys in 2016.

She is fluent in English.
