Justyna Hildebrand

She has been working with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2000.

In her professional activity, she mainly deals with legal advisory servies in the field of corporate and labor law.

She has experience in providing legal services for projects involving the sale of an enterprise (and an organized part of an enterprise) and the sale of shares/stocks of companies. She has prepared from the legal side the processes of transformation of companies, their mergers and divisions. She prepared documentation related to increasing and decreasing share capital, as well as raising debt and equity financing. She participated in the preparation and implementation of reorganization processes of companies and capital groups. She has participated in many legal audits of companies (due diligence), including those conducted for specific transactions.

She has experience in providing comprehensive legal services to employers in the area of labor and insurance law. She has prepared and participated in numerous employment restructuring processes, including the preparation and implementation of the voluntary departure program and the process of group layoffs. She represented clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She completed her legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, of which she remains a member to this day.

She is currently practicing as a legal counsel. She remains a member of the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk.
