Justyna Bojarska

She mainly deals with corporate consulting, privatization and restructuring issues, as well as mergers, acquisitions and IPO and corporate governance matters. She has completed a course in corporate law and a course in capital market law.

She has been working with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2012. Previously, she worked, among others, in the Ministry of Treasury.

She completed her legal training at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk, where she is currently a member. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Łazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw.

Fluent in English, she also communicates in Spanish.
