Jakub Turski
Legal Counsel, Senior Associate
He specializes in real estate law, administrative law, civil law and advising entrepreneurs on investment matters, data protection, and employment agreements. He has extensive litigation experience and represents Clients in proceedings before common and administrative courts.
He was awarded in the 9th Edition of the Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow 2020 Competition.
He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2017.
He acts as counsel in numerous cases involving the protection of personal rights, particularly in matters concerning human rights and anti-discrimination. He is a recipient of the “Crystal Heart of a Legal Counsel” Award, granted by the National Bar Association of Legal Counsels and a two-time finalist in the “Equality Crown” Competition.
He has lectured on administrative law at University of Business and Administration in Gdynia and at the Regional Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk. He is the author of publications and a participant in academic conferences. He has contributed to the legal information system by analyzing case law and literature in administrative law.
He graduated in law and journalism from the University of Gdańsk, completed the International and European Legal Studies Programme at the University of Antwerp, and attended a European law course at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
He is fluent in English and also proficient in Spanish, French, and German.
