Jacek Zwara
Attorney, of Counsel
He specializes in intellectual property law, including copyright law, industrial property law, IT law, unfair competition law, and advertising law.
He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2021.
He gained experience working at a renowned law firm, participating in numerous contentious proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Polish courts, and customs authorities. He also provided ongoing legal services to a global electronics company in the fields of intellectual property, advertising and promotion law, competition law, and consumer protection law.
Since 2020, he has also been providing pro bono legal assistance at the EUIPO for the SME sector and the Polish Association of the Blind.
He is a graduate of law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. He also completed the American Law Program at Jagiellonian University in cooperation with Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He completed his legal apprenticeship in 2020.
He communicates in English and Russian.
