Grzegorz Flisiak

He deals with cases in the fields of tax law, public procurement, criminal economic, civil, bankruptcy and administrative law. In his professional practice, he acts as an attorney for Clients before the Constitutional Court, administrative courts of both instances, tax authorities, customs and fiscal control authorities and enforcement authorities. He also conducts proceedings before common courts, arbitration courts, and he represents Clients in administrative matters, including pharmaceutical law, state aid and environmental law. He has repeatedly taken part in settling disputes before the National Board of Appeals, and has also appeared on behalf of clients before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority, the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, the President of the Civil Aviation Authority, the Supreme Court and the ECJ (now the CJEU).

He has been working with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2012. He has gained experience since 2000 in Polish and foreign law firms. He is the author and co-author of publications on tax law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. He also completed his undergraduate studies at the Institute of English Studies at the Faculty of Neophilology of the University of Warsaw.

He is a member of the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.

He is fluent in English.
