Karolina Muchowska-Zwara, Ph.D.

Doctor of Legal Sciences. Specializes primarily in public procurement, investment and real estate matters. She also conducts administrative proceedings. She has been working with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 1997 and became its Partner in 2002.

She has authored publications in: “Legal and Economic Studies. Vol. XCIII” and “Legal and Economic Studies vol. XCIV 201“, as well as the monograph “Legal Problems of Functioning of Consortia Participating in Circulation Regulated by the Public Procurement Law” published by C.H.Beck in 2015.

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. She defended her doctoral thesis on public procurement at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She also completed a course in English and European law organized by the University of Cambridge. She served her legal counsel training at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Koszalin, of which she is currently a member.

She is fluent in English.
