Bartosz Kędzierski, Ph.D.

Doctor of Legal Sciences. He specializes primarily in white-collar criminal cases and legal advisory services related to investment processes in the IT and construction sectors.

In his work, he leverages extensive experience gained at the intersection of law and business. Before joining the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners, he spent six years as an in-house lawyer at a manufacturing company employing over 3,000 people, while simultaneously serving as the company’s proxy.

He has been a member of the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk since 2014.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk with a Master’s degree in Law.

In 2014, he began working as an assistant at the Department of Substantive Criminal Law and Criminology. After earning his doctoral degree in 2019, he was promoted to assistant professor.

He is the author of numerous publications in the field of criminal law and penal sciences, including commentaries, articles, encyclopedia entries, book chapters, and monographs. He has also organized significant academic events, such as national conferences.

He works fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Privately, he is passionate about Greek history and culture.
