He specializes in contract law and commercial law, focusing his practice on litigation and arbitration. He represents and advises corporate and individual Clients in civil and commercial proceedings, including intellectual property cases, acts of unfair competition, personal rights protection, press law, and commercial contracts. He also provides counsel on contentious and non-contentious labor law matters.
He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2013.
Throughout his career, he has worked with companies from industries such as construction, energy, chemical, shipbuilding, agriculture, and new technologies.
He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He completed his legal apprenticeship with the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, where he is currently a member.
