Anna Jasińska-Jędruch

She specializes in handling civil and commercial cases, especially on the grounds of contract law, property law and commercial company law. She represents Clients before common courts, as well as advises them at the pre-litigation stage. She prepares legal opinions, drafts contracts and pleadings and non-litigation letters.

With the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners associated since 2012.

During her studies, she gained experience during her internship at the District Attorney’s Office and at law firms of attorneys and legal counsels. In the course of her practice, she worked with both individual and corporate Clients. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

Between 2013 and 2015, she served her legal training at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk, and since 2016 she has been registered on the list of legal counsels.
