Anna Borowska

She specializes in public procurement matters for both contracting and contractor Clients. She has conducted audits of public procurement law, training for practitioners, and represents Clients before the National Board of Appeals. She has many years of experience in medical law and pharmaceutical law cases. She is also involved in corporate counseling, litigation and arbitration, and energy law.

She has been with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners intermittently since 2009.

From 2015 to 2018, she gained experience serving as Coordinator of the Team of Legal Counsels of a medical entity as an in house lawyer. She participated in the process of merger of medical entities, including coordinating the process as a lawyer on the side of the acquiring entity, taking part in the preparation of all documentation. She constantly cooperated with the Public Procurement Department of the medical entity.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She completed her legal training at the District Bar Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk, where she is currently a member. She has held the title of legal counsel since 2014.

She is fluent in English.
