Andrzej Zwara

He specialises in investment and real estate law, including administrative law, especially construction and zoning law and public-private partnerships. Conducts administrative and judicial-administrative proceedings.

Participates in the implementation of many investment projects – infrastructure, services, industrial, warehousing or residential, as well as those involving the development and revitalization of city centers.

From 2010 to 2016, he served as President of the Supreme Bar Council. Member of the Supreme Bar Council since 2004, and President of the Library of the Bar since 2021. President of the Bar Association Research Center (from 2016 to 2021). Member of the District Bar Association in Gdańsk (from 1998-2004).

He lectures to attorneys and trainee attorneys of the Pomeranian Bar Association, as well as at the Warsaw School of Economics in the framework of postgraduate studies: Legal and Economic Basis of the Investment Process. He was an employee of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk in the Department of Administrative Law. He lectured on the investment process at the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk.

Editor and co-author of the publications “Administrative Law. Handbook for Trainees” and “GDPR. A Guide for Attorneys and Trainee Attorneys” and co-author of the publication “Code of Commercial Companies – Commentary. Volume 4″. As part of the activities of the Library of the Bar, he is the publisher of the series 1) Horizons of the Philosophy of Law, 2) History of the Bar, 3) Methodologies, textbooks, educational materials.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Completed judicial and attorney’s apprenticeship. Member of the Pomeranian Bar Association.

One of his professional interests is the philosophy of law. He is passionate about literature, opera, and painting. In his free time, he enjoys engaging in sports activities.

He is fluent in English.
