Agnieszka Zielińska-Żerańska

She specializes in criminal, family, and civil law — especially in matters related to the division of marital property between former spouses and issues regarding “Swiss franc loans”. She provides ongoing support to small business owners and represents clients in court proceedings as well as in preparatory proceedings conducted by relevant authorities.

She has been collaborating with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2023.

Throughout her career, she has worked with law firms in the Tri-City area specializing in criminal, family, civil, and commercial law.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She completed her legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk. Since 2013, she has been practicing as a lawyer in her own individual law firm.

Since 2015, she has served as the Deputy Disciplinary Spokesperson for the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk. She is a member of the Ethics Committee of the Supreme Bar Council. She is also a mediator listed on the roster of mediators maintained by the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council.

In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, engaging in sports activities and meeting with friends.
