Agnieszka Tomaszewska

She specializes in matters related to the implementation of construction investments, particularly in representing parties in administrative and administrative-court proceedings. She is currently handling civil cases related to real estate transactions as well as enforcement proceedings. She also conducts lectures on administrative law and administrative proceedings for students at one of the universities in the Tri-City area.

She was associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners from 2018 to 2020 as a collaborator, and since this year, she has been working with us as Of Counsel. She has also gained professional experience in public administration, including working at the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and the National Center for Support of Agriculture, as well as serving as a judge in Local Government Appeal Boards in Opole and Gdańsk.

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, and previously completed studies in administration and economics at the University of Opole. She also completed postgraduate studies in Internal Auditing in Public Finance Sector Units at the Wrocław University of Economics. After completing her legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, in 2018 she was admitted to the bar. Since September 2020, she has been practicing as a legal counsel and is a member of the District Association of Legal Counsels in Gdańsk.
