About us

We provide comprehensive legal advice to both employers and employees on labor law and social security matters. Our services include preparing employee documentation, advising on employment restructuring and organizational changes, as well as supporting HR departments with ongoing labor law issues.

In the field of labor law consulting, we participate in creating internal sources of labor law within organizations. We support and represent employers in negotiations with trade unions and employee councils.

We have extensive experience in resolving current employment-related issues, focusing on aligning solutions with our clients’ business needs.

Developing personnel policies is part of the comprehensive legal service we offer in the field of labor law.

We also conduct legal audits for businesses in the area of labor law and assist with implementing recommended changes.
