Our achievements:

• In the process of implementing a project to develop a strategic part of the city under the PPP model, we provided legal advice to the public entity. The value of expenditures and services in the project reached PLN 500 million;
• We provided legal support to the private partner in a project related to the development of the historic downtown. The project included cleaning up the infrastructure and reorganizing the transportation system;
• We legally advised a private entity in a project related to the construction of a highway and other public roads;
• In a project related to the development of land around the city stadium, we supported the client with ongoing legal advice. We also conducted institutional and legal analyses of the implementation model and implementation procedures;
• We provided legal advice in the process of implementing the proceedings for the design, construction and operation of a maintenance and repair hall for railroad vehicles.
