• We have handled the largest real estate transactions on the Polish market, worth hundreds of millions of zlotys. We have experience in the acquisition of real estate with leaseback.
• We took part in the implementation of residential and commercial investments in key areas in the centers of Warsaw, Gdansk or Sopot.
• We advised on “city-creating” projects, unique in Poland, combining the past with modernity.
• Together with clients, we have carried out investment projects in many areas of industry, including: factories, RO-RO transshipment terminals, port and shipyard infrastructure, production halls, renewable energy investments or large-scale sales halls.
