What have we done for our clients?

• We advised on the expansion of one of the largest gas station chains in Poland. We conducted legal audits and prepared real estate acquisition transactions;
• We have provided services to the largest energy suppliers in Poland in the field of legal and tax advice and comprehensive legal services for litigation and debt collection;
• We provided comprehensive advice in energy investments, both in renewable and traditional energy sources;
• We have repeatedly provided guidance during the implementation of energy projects – we have made legal analyses in the scope of the Energy Law, the Renewable Energy Sources Act and other legal acts;
• We have prepared analyses of the regulations governing the support system and state aid for renewable energy from the perspective of the implemented project;
• We represented clients in proceedings before the Energy Regulatory Authority in cases involving the transfer of licenses to another entity and carrying out merger transactions. Our assistance also concerned activities related to the procedure for transferring a license for electricity generation;
• We provided legal assistance in the execution of contracts for the acquisition of onshore wind power plants through their structuring within the buyer’s capital group;
• We executed transactions for the acquisition of photovoltaic power plants in M&A transactions;
• We prepared legal opinions on the constitutionality of the provisions of the Energy Law.
